Yes you certainly can. Just be aware that you may incur call forwarding charges from your phone carrier. You will need to check with your carrier on how much these charges would be.
You can choose to receive messages via Email, SMS or both if you prefer. A copy of all messages is also available in your account control panel.
This is where OnePoint Connect shines. If you choose one of our plans that include bookings we will manage new bookings, cancellations and rescheduling. We will use your existing bookings system (as long as we can access it), all you need to do is provide us access to it.

We operate on a month in advance basis. Each month your OnePoint Connect account will be deducted an amount depending on your plan and extras you have with us.
Upon signup you will be charged for the first month of service. Each subsequent month is charged automatically via our secure payment gateway.
No, No Definitely Not! With OnePoint Connect you only pay for what you use and can cancel your account at any time. (But we would be really sad)
No need to panic, additional incoming calls are charged at super low rates per call. Check out our pricing page for more info on additional calls.
If you are consistently go over your included call each month, we recommend going up to the next plan.
Next to no time at all. Once you sign up for a plan, provisioning of your account will happen straight away. When you obtain your Connect number in our account and input the information about your business, our friendly receptionist can start taking your calls.
OnePoint Connect is focused on providing the highest quality customer service experience for your and your clients at a reasonable price and for this reason we are currently unable to offer 24/7 service as we use only local receptionist. If you have a need for calls to be answered outside of normal business hours, please contact one of our friendly team members to assist.
We can handle your calls between:
8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday AEST (QLD Time)
8:00am-1:00pm on Saturday AEST (QLD Time)

For all calls received outside these times are sent to an out of office message where the caller can leave a detailed message. This message is then immediately emailed to you.

All our operators are based in Brisbane, Australia. All calls are handled in-house via or friendly and professional Australian receptionists.
In your account you are able to upload an audio file that will used as your voicemail message. You can choose to use the default message, upload your own or we can arrange for a voice artist to record a branded message for you.
